Event Report | Hands-on workshop on BioAI for Research, NIPGR

A three days in person “Hands-on Workshop on BioAI for Research” has been organised by the Computational Biology and Bioinformatics Facility (CBBF) of iBRIC- National Institute of Plant Genome Research (iBRIC-NIPGR) and semanticClimate.

The event has been organised in pursuance of the National Education Policy (NEP 2020), Science and Technology Innovation Policy (STIP 2020), as well as the recently launched BioE3 policy of DBT.

• Beginner's AI-101 (Python, R, HuggingFace, Julyter/Colab)
• Learning and Developing Human-Machine knowledge systems
• Hands-On Training and Testing of Transformer based AI Models
• Feedback knowledge and Technology to #BioAI
